Public-spirited individuals in Cuba, New York have joined together to create a museum/education facility that tells the story of the cheese and milk industries in Western New York and beyond. Spearheading this endeavor is Nico van Zwanenberg, a Cuba resident who has been working in the cheese industry for over 50 years. Mr. van Zwanenberg has appeared locally to promote the Cuba Cheese Museum, and would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding it.
